The Titan Council plans attacks, promotes members, organizes defenses, accepts new Allies, or shuns old friends. The council makes decisions for changes in the Alliance and guides the masses of the Titans.

The Titan Ancient is the Head of the Titan Council. All decisions must be finally approved by the Titan Ancient.

Titan Ascended, Titan High Lords, and Titan Demi-Gods all serve as members of the Council. Each rank carries the same power in the Council.

Lower Titan Ranks must serve the council, and must work to rise up and join the council.
